American Czechoslovak Landmarks Trust Society LEADERSHIP

The GENERAL MANAGERS

The GENERAL MANAGERS are a Team of qualified property and business management professionals who personally oversee, manage and report to the LANDMARKS OFFICER on assigned site projects of the Landmarks Trust. These professionals can enjoy bonuses, benefits, and retirement package with their salary.

Depending on the complexity and character of a site, there might be several assisting GENERAL MANAGERS to the over-all Site GENERAL MANAGER.

A model example can be seen on this website under the drop-down TAB: "LANDMARKS" by scrolling down to the picture of a 3-D model sitting on a table in a room. That model shows a full "Czechoslovak Cultural Center model, including an historic Czech Hall as central "Events Center", flanked on either side by a 3-story European style Beer Hall on one side, and a Czechoslovak Marionette Theatre on the other side. Behind the Czech Hall is an Open Air Beer Garden, a Moravian Inn, a Brewery and a Bakery.
Such a busy site as this might require a GENERAL MANAGER for each specialized component. The GENERAL MANAGER of the Marionette Theatre would need very different skills and background than the GENERAL MANAGER who would oversee operation of the BEER GARDEN and the BEER HALL, and these would have very different skills from the GENERAL MANAGER of the BAKERY and RESTAURANT upstairs from the SPORTSBAR inside the BEER HALL!

To enjoy greater detailed information with many interesting architectural style photos, click on that photo of the 3-D model for a 75 page PDF document giving great detail of the Oklahoma City Project.  It's all available for you to see on this website.
